Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager

As a key member of the Novartis International AG team, the Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of site leadership and employees.

  • Collaborate with site leadership and the Director of Scientific Operations to develop and implement effective HSE Management Systems and supporting programs.
  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with site leadership to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on HSE issues and solutions.
  • Design and implement efficient HSE Management Systems that meet regulatory requirements and promote a culture of safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Provide training and education to site employees on HSE best practices.
