Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Business Coordinator to join our team at The Judge Group. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under supervision and coordinate specific project components.

Responsibilities:

• Compile project status reports and coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion.

• Assist in project communications by issuing straightforward communications to limited audiences.

• Work under supervision to coordinate specific components and project work activities.

• Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables in client tools.

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating information to support project design and planning.

Requirements:

• High-level executive presentation experience in PowerPoint or Google Apps is required, with the ability to create polished executive decks.

• 5+ years of experience in administrative roles, including scheduling, running meetings, taking and sending notes, and preparing presentations.

• Previous experience in a professional environment is preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Previous project management or PM coordinator experience is a plus.

• Organizational skills and data analysis experience are also desired.

Education/Certifications:

Formal education is considered in the hiring process, but there are no specific requirements for this role.
