Job Summary

As a key member of our team at Frontier Management (OR), the Account Executive will play a vital role in cultivating relationships with various stakeholders, driving sales growth, and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a weekly outreach plan to engage with professional referral sources, introducing our services and building strong relationships.
  • Meet weekly sales goals through referral generation and effective sales counseling, ensuring a strong pipeline of leads and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Home Care Services to develop and execute community initiatives, raising public exposure, creating industry awareness, and developing referral relationships.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to assist prospects with Home Care services, ensuring seamless integration and successful placements.
  • Conduct thorough home care assessments, documentation, and communication with hospital and clinic recruiters to determine RN/MD placement needs.
  • Maintain best placement practices, ensuring successful placement of clients into our continuum of care.
  • Facilitate agency networking events to promote Home Care services and company initiatives.
  • Monitor sales call activity, complete weekly sales reports, and distribute census reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure marketing plans meet budget and sales expectations, collecting information and completing quarterly marketing reports.
Performance Metrics
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets ($15,000 HAS; $18,000 DBD monthly).
  • Maintain a minimum of 10 active referral sources and an active client pipeline range of 5-10 clients at all times.
  • Achieve a minimum of 10 quarterly Unique Admissions (i.e., Therapy, Telemedicine, Life Skills Management, Care Management, Medication Management, Service Packages, Transitional Risk Management Programs, Nutritional Management, Signature Wellness, Placement, Senior Living Partners, Nursing Partners).
  • Conduct 20 quarterly professional presentations to area referral sources, clients, families, and/or prospects.
  • Assist in expanding Service Amenity usage to 70% minimum.
  • Achieve minimum placement requirements (placement of RNs, MDs, home care clients, ); (5 HAS; 9 DBD).
