We are currently seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our renovation projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that our construction initiatives align with our commitment to excellence.

POSITION STATUS:
Full-time

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

COMPENSATION:
$35.00 per hour, depending on experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge Required:


Minimum of three years' experience in construction and general repairs, including at least one year in carpentry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships.
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and train team members.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Capacity to resolve workflow challenges and interpersonal conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints.
- Competence in measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor tasks and operate power tools safely.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


Minimum of three years' experience in construction and general repairs, including at least one year in carpentry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


LICENSE:
Valid driver's license required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:


Work is conducted in diverse environments, both indoors and outdoors, with regular exposure to dust, odors, and noise. The position involves frequent lifting of heavy materials and tools, requiring physical stamina and strength.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Heavy Work:

Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The role requires standing, bending, climbing, balancing, lifting, carrying, crouching, and kneeling as necessary.
