The primary objective of this role is to oversee and direct multiple crew leaders concurrently in all facets of construction at Blue Collar Recruiter of Marietta, focusing on solar photovoltaic systems, ductless heating solutions, generators, battery backup systems, electrical retrofitting, and various energy efficiency initiatives. This position entails planning and coordinating the efforts of foremen and crew members under your guidance, motivating them to complete tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently. You will also engage in the planning, installation, and commissioning of the aforementioned systems as needed. This role will support the Director of Operations in daily responsibilities, including crew management, performance evaluation, and morale enhancement. Additionally, you will assist project managers in their project development tasks, requiring technical oversight of all project details.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate project updates with company Directors and project managers.
- Establish and uphold quality standards across all project sites.
- Demonstrate leadership by enforcing company safety protocols.
- Uphold company policies and procedures through effective communication.
- Lead by example, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Ensure completion of proper job documentation upon project completion.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges, review photovoltaic system designs, and propose value engineering solutions as necessary.
- Monitor supply inventory levels and coordinate reordering as needed.
- Perform all tasks associated with the Lead Installer role.
Qualifications

- Proficient understanding of grid-tied photovoltaic systems and NEC/ANSI/NFPA 70 standards.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
