Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience or equivalent.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Strong delegation, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Proficient in providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Capable of identifying key business and personnel needs and prioritizing effectively.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Experience in team leadership is essential.
- Competent in basic math and comfortable using technology, including computers and calculators.
- Passionate about learning more about dogs, cats, and small animals.
- Naturally welcoming and gracious, with a genuine desire to make others feel valued.
- Highly accountable and committed to following through on responsibilities.
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical decision-making focused on long-term objectives.
