Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling incoming sales calls, placing outbound sales calls to customers and prospects, and working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
This position involves occasional travel for training, meetings, and development opportunities, but primarily works in a home/office environment. The ideal candidate must be verbally fluent in English and Spanish and possess excellent grammar skills in both languages.
