About This Role:

This is a competitive opportunity for a Territory Manager to grow our business and expand our reach in Aberdeen, SD. You'll have the freedom to drive your success with a solid salary and opportunities for additional commissions.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Territory Manager, you'll lead the charge in developing and implementing a winning territory sales plan. You'll seal the deal by identifying, pursuing, and closing new customer opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.

You'll be the expert in delivering persuasive sales presentations and staying on top of industry trends to provide top-tier solutions. Service excellence is key, as you'll build lasting relationships by maintaining regular communication with customers and delivering unmatched service.

Negotiation skills are essential in working with customers to craft pricing and terms that benefit both sides and ensure the company's profitability. You'll also monitor customer credit and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong business math skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints. Experience with Microsoft Office and distribution software is also required.

A minimum of 2-3 years of outside sales experience, ideally with wholesale distribution and product knowledge, is necessary. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is also a must.
