You will acquire and implement many of the key Sales Management skills and experiences that are necessary in becoming an effective leader. You will be assigned to a mentor/coach as a supplemental resource to help progress you through the assignment. Successful completion of the assignment qualifies you to be promoted to Sales Manager.
