Job Summary

This is a Sales Representative position with William Speier - State Farm Agent, working with customers to provide insurance and financial services. As a team member, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively relate to customers. Experience in sales, particularly outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
Benefits
