Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist at Encodle Link, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customer service operations, delivering outstanding support and assistance to our clientele.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and respectful manner.
Offering product details and addressing customer inquiries and challenges.
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
Recording all customer interactions and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Adhering to company policies and procedures consistently.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Prior experience in a customer service or call center setting is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other customer service tools.
Capability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
A positive demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
