Since our establishment, we have graded and authenticated millions of items, employing over 1,700 professionals across various locations.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our PSA Customer Relations team. As the largest and most reputable third-party trading card authentication and grading company globally, we have certified over 40 million cards and collectibles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize sound judgment and discretion when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to devise effective solutions for customer inquiries.
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive information by adhering to departmental protocols.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing suitable solutions.
  • Maintain customer accounts by processing necessary adjustments.
  • Continuously update departmental records of incoming orders.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic and attentive listening skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, and bend as necessary.
  • Hand dexterity for computer use.
