About the Role
  • Organize, manage, and service companies within the Kuehne + Nagel group, including audits of data and data analysis of policy usage.
  • Manage incentive programs available to these companies within the programs we provide.
  • Acknowledge financial transactions within the ACON platform.
  • Assist in the training for and conversion of Nacora USA accounts to move to MNQ quoting platform.
  • Assist in the data movement to new BMS once available and assist in roll out of new CRM (Salesforce) through this system for Nacora usage.
  • Handle other special tasks and projects assigned by the managing director.
  • National travel as needed.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service.
  • University degree, bachelor's or higher.
  • MS Office skills.
