Civista Bank Relationship Specialist

Civista Bank is seeking a skilled Relationship Specialist to maintain and build customer relationships by providing exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include opening new accounts, completing loan applications, and responding to customer inquiries and requests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong knowledge of products and services to fulfill customer needs and drive sales production.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Daily engagement of customers to build relationships
- Adhere to regulations and follow policies and procedures to ensure safety and soundness of customers and the bank
- Develop an expansive knowledge of products and services to fulfill customer needs and drive sales production
- Execute customer requests with speed and accuracy
- Bld customer trust and manage relationships through the life of the customer relationship
The Relationship Specialist will work closely with the team to maintain cash levels and outages within established guidelines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Requirements- 3-5 years of previous teller experience required
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Above-average knowledge of technology and willingness to adapt to new software technologies
