About the Role

Matalegion Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality sector, focusing on hotels, resorts, and related sectors.
  • Present Matalegion Consulting Group's services to potential clients, highlighting expertise in hotel operations, finance, food & beverage, human resources, and more.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation, networking, and consultative selling.
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the hospitality or consulting industry.
  • Strong network within the hospitality, hotel, or travel industries.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely as a 1099 contractor.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, food & beverage, finance, and human resources consulting is a plus.
