Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our Sleep & Diagnostics business, you will be responsible for driving new business development initiatives and creating new business pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Create and execute business development strategies to supplement our Sleep & Diagnostics portfolio
- Manage new business deals, negotiate contracts, and integrate business operations
- Design and deliver presentations to enable business development initiatives
- Ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with company requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and stakeholders
- Lead multi-disciplinary change projects and manage a core team of people
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering-related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses in B2B/B2C environments
- Proven track record of working in multinational and/or venture environments with strong personal communication skills
- Experience working in a dynamic environment with a go-getter mentality and a caring collaborative approach
