Xovis is a leader in people flow using 3D technology, serving retail integrators across the United States, Canada, and LATAM. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager who is passionate about building relationships and helping companies grow. This role is crucial for growing our existing partnerships, expanding our network, and capturing more market share across North America.

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will report to the VP of Sales and be responsible for nurturing existing partnerships and establishing new relationships with retail and smart building resellers. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, achieving KPIs, and supporting our growth strategy. Your goal is to help our partners effectively incorporate Xovis products into their portfolios, ensuring a seamless integration and high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with retail partners and existing channel partners.
  • Identify and build relationships with new partners.
  • Understand the unique business needs of each partner and demonstrate how Xovis technology can add value to their offerings.
  • Serve as their primary point of contact for all Xovis-related matters to ensure successful integration of Xovis products into each partner's portfolio.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, driving implementations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
  • This role will require both domestic and international travel.
Qualifications:
  • Applicants must be located on the East Coast and proximity to a major airport.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales/channel account management, with a proven track record in business development, or client relationship management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field.
  • Knowledge of 3D sensors, IT, and integration processes is preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and convincingly to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and driving revenue growth through partner development.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage accounts and deliver presentations.

Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 DOE.
