Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential sales opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the home design team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and territory management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or consumer-focused field is preferred.
  • Prior customer service, sales, or business development experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and situations.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year, based on experience.
