Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Senior Manager of Operations and Transformation to enhance our Implementation leadership team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing centers of excellence in key areas such as Process Optimization, Playbook Development, Business Analytics, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Resource Management, Training, and Vendor Management. You will also oversee the implementation of new systems and tools, including professional services automation (PSA) and partner scheduling automation, while leading change management initiatives within the Implementation division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Implementation leadership to pinpoint opportunities for transformation through process enhancement, automation, and technology integration.
  • Develop and sustain centers of excellence for Process Optimization, Playbook Development, Business Analytics, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Resource Management, Training, and Vendor Management. Strive for efficiency, quality, and innovation through established best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and rectify inefficiencies in Implementation processes. Propose and execute process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Formulate, implement, and refine Implementation frameworks and processes tailored to hardware and software projects of varying complexity, documenting these in playbooks. Ensure compliance with policies and project quality standards.
  • Utilize business analytics tools and methodologies to cultivate a data-driven culture. Analyze operational performance, customer insights, and Implementation metrics for process optimization and informed decision-making.
  • Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and resource management processes to enhance revenue and expense forecasting accuracy, team utilization, and unit economics.
  • Assess training needs and design a comprehensive program to elevate the role-based and technical skills of Implementation team members. Collaborate with trainers to deliver engaging materials and workshops that promote ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • Manage the vendor partnership lifecycle from sourcing and negotiating terms to onboarding and continuous improvement, aiming to enhance installation cost, quality, and capacity.
  • Supervise the rollout of new tools and technologies within the Implementation division. Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating options and ensuring seamless integrations.
  • Drive change management initiatives during tool rollouts, process modifications, and organizational transformations. Communicate changes effectively, manage resistance, and encourage user adoption through comprehensive strategies.
  • Build and lead a team at both individual contributor and managerial levels, focusing on career development and performance management. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Engage closely with stakeholders, including Implementation leadership, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, and Finance. Align Implementation Operations with business objectives, communicate performance and progress, and nurture collaborative relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Operations and Transformation Manager or in a comparable role, ideally within Implementation or Professional Services.
  • Strong expertise as a transformational leader in developing centers of excellence for Process Optimization, Playbook Development, Business Analytics, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Resource Management, Training, and Vendor Management.
  • Proven success in overseeing new tool implementations and managing change management initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a capacity for data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Implementation and Professional Services tools and industry best practices.

Salary is determined by various factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
