Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, you may still be eligible if you hold any of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP. These certifications align with the Department of Defense (DoD M IAT Level II Baseline Certification requirements.

Experience Requirements

As a Senior Support Operations Manager, you should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in:

  • Navy deployment and/or training scheduling
  • Navy Operational Readiness
  • Project Management
  • Strategic Planning and Risk Assessment
  • Navy Enterprise Networks
  • Integration of Navy Carrier Air Wing IT Asset systems with similar systems
  • Navy Command Structure
  • Navy's Deployment Management Tool (DMT)
  • Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) Program Manager Warfare (PMW) Offices
  • Naval Aviation Operations and Training Readiness
Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, is essential for this position.
