Business Development Manager, Luxury Sales

**Job Overview:**
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager, Luxury Sales to drive sales growth and develop strong relationships with top-level business clients in the West Coast territory.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales results in a B2B sales environment and be able to think strategically while overseeing the day-to-day execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Grow territory revenue month-over-month through new account acquisition and new opportunities
- Capture client data in Salesforce and manage opportunity pipeline and client activity
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales environment
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Ability to work with a diverse business client base/sector
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
**Estimated Salary Range:** $74,035 - $100,165 (dependent on relevant skills and experience)
