Luxury Sales Professional

The Luxury Sales Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, meeting or exceeding sales objectives, and building long-term relationships with clients. As a representative of Tourneau|Bucherer, you will be expected to create a positive, inviting, and elevated environment for discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of luxury watches and fine jewelry to educate clients and address their needs.
- Create excitement with clients about products and leverage available tools to support making sales.
- Partner with other Client Advisors to make sales and obtain client information using the CRM system to build ongoing relationships.
- Efficiently close and process sales, including processing payment accurately, completing warranty information, and working with the Service Department on sizing, cleaning, and setting watches.
- Handle client issues with outstanding diplomatic skills, creating a positive experience for the client.
- Meet sales objectives for any given month, quarter, and year.
- Clearly understand daily sales objectives and how they relate to weekly and monthly targets.
- Maximize percentage to retail and focus on developing long-term relationships with clients.
- Readily accept and incorporate constructive advice given by managers on how to improve sales performance.
