Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Luxury Client Service Associate to join our team at the San Francisco Boutique. This is a key role in contributing to the store's business growth by achieving sales goals, providing excellent clienteling, and meeting KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Centric Activities:
    • Develop strong product knowledge
    • Mastery of the Client Journey - sets a precedence and example to Client Advisors
    • Create and maintain strong client relationships
    • Engage with existing and prospect clients as per plan defined by Store Management
    • Deliver the Valentino Couture Service in an impeccable way in all product categories and through every phase
    • Foster development and retention of existing clients, recruitment of new and potential ones
    • Engage clients through every selling opportunity - walk-in, private appointment, phone consignments
    • Achieve above-average store sales and business KPIs in partnership and One-to-One appointment routine
  • Merchandise and Visuals:
    • Handle all sales and after-sales activities (boutique returns, end-of-season, customer returns, repairs, complaints)
    • E nsure product maintenance, replenishment on the floor
    • Know warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stocking shelves and maximize sales
    • Respect administration and operations procedures
    • Liaise with In-Store Visual to follow display guidelines; verify and report relevant information to store management
  • Team:
    • Mentor Client Advisors and new hires on Client Journey and product knowledge
    • Proactively participate in team meetings and trainings by sharing best practices, sales objectives
  • Operations:
    • Understand company policies and procedures
    • Follow loss prevention policies within company guidelines
    • Ability to use POS system for client transactions
