Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team at Harry Winston.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and preferences to provide personalized sales experiences.
  • Network with new prospects to identify potential business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients have a positive experience and are satisfied with their purchases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail jewelry and timepiece sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brands, products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Estimated Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
