Company Overview:
RemX Staffing is currently seeking dedicated Onsite Call Center Agents to enhance our client’s customer service team.

Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding support and solutions to our members. This position involves handling inbound calls to assist clients with scheduling meal deliveries and addressing various inquiries in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness are essential when interacting with our members over the phone.

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Address and manage consumer inquiries and issues.
  • Provide updates and education regarding pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
  • Achieve performance targets related to efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance.
  • Conduct proactive investigations on assigned member accounts to identify service-related issues.
Work Schedule:
Initial training will take place Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Following training, shifts will be scheduled for 8 hours between Monday and Sunday, typically starting at 11:00 AM.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $17.00, with weekly pay.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
  • A minimum of 3 years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in a Health Care or Insurance setting.
  • Background in social work, behavioral health, health promotion, or behavior change.
  • Prior customer service experience.
