Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth in the Vision Center by implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the implementation of community outreach programs and ensure their success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including asset protection and safety controls.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Ensure the provision of quality eyewear by consulting with customers, selecting products, and maintaining optical equipment.
  • Uphold the company's Open Door Policy by meeting with associates and addressing concerns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 or more years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience or 2 years of general work experience including 1 year of optical experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.

Supervising associates.
