Job Summary

As an Optical Sales Professional at EssilorLuxottica, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in our retail stores. You will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships, building new ones, and providing expert advice on eyewear and vision care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through effective customer engagement and sales techniques.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
