Job Summary

The Sales Associate role at EssilorLuxottica is a key position in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As an Optical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones to consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings to patients.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store and ensure displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
