Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership: Provide financial expertise to senior management and various departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Project Accounting: Collaborate with project managers to ensure precise financial reporting and billing.
  • Cash Management: Monitor the firm’s cash position and manage banking relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably in the AEC sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ability to prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Experience in developing internal controls for accurate financial reporting.
  • Proficient in budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills to support strategic decision-making.
  • Experience managing relationships with external auditors.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations in the AEC industry.
  • Proficient in utilizing integrated ERP systems.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role.
