Head of Student Information Systems

ICEF Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Student Information Systems (SIS) team. As the Head of Student Information Systems, you will be responsible for managing our SIS, ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical support to our schools and home office teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the SIS, including PowerSchool, to ensure data accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide technical support to schools and home office teams, including setup and troubleshooting of student learning platforms connected through Clever.
- Design and implement data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with school leaders and teams to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
- Manage digital student platforms, including setup and troubleshooting of new employee accounts and online programs.
- Bachelor's Degree required; three years of experience with student information system management, PowerSchool experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel; experience in charter school setting preferred.
- Familiarity with local and state data platforms, PowerSchool, or other student data management systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to multitask, set priorities, and utilize data and information.
