Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Highspot's business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Team Leadership
- Build and scale a high-performing team of product managers and leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to ensure their growth and development.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Effectively collaborate with key partners and stakeholders, including leaders in Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Services, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Communicate product strategy and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Customer Focus
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to inform product decisions.
- Partner with the Services team to understand what drives customer joy and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of high-quality products on time and on budget.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities to ensure efficient decision-making and responsible balance of strategic business objectives, customer needs, operational necessities, and product quality.
- Experience
- Minimum of 15 years in senior product management leadership roles, including managing leaders, and recent experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Education
- Academic background in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Skills
- Proven success in attracting and retaining top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Track record of scaling Product Management organizations and deep understanding of organizational design and change management.
- Proven success as a partner and collaborator who prioritizes the success of the team over individual aspirations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, priding yourself on getting things done with a high level of quality.
- Previous experience designing and building software products at scale.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC for SaaS applications.
- Compensation
- Base salary range: $250,769 - $340,000.
- Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, stock options, and other forms of compensation.
