Job Summary

Delta Dental of Washington is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will provide strategic guidance and support to drive business excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and excellence
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Lead and manage projects to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Delta Dental of Washington remains competitive and innovative
Requirements
  • 8+ years of Human Resource Business Partner experience, including direct support of VPs
  • 4+ years of experience serving as a trusted strategic consultant for senior and executive leadership
  • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or other HR professional certification (SPHR, sHRBP)
  • Demonstrated competence in human resource areas including benefit and compensation practices, workforce planning and organization design, employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), performance management, leader development and coaching, compliance and federal and state employment laws
