About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Sales Coordinator to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Catering Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer databases, collecting payments, and following up with catering clients to ensure satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for taking, placing, and preparing catering orders, as well as teaching others to do so effectively. Additionally, you will participate in community marketing and build strong relationships to expand the catering business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer database
  • Collect payments and follow up with catering clients
  • Take, place, and prepare catering orders

Requirements

  • Valid driver license and proof of insurance
  • Food service or retail sales experience preferred
  • 18 years old or older
  • Clean driver record and reliable transportation for local deliveries
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with early start times
