Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Staff Supervisor to join our team at Dragonfly Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving the effectiveness of our team by orienting, training, coaching, delegating, and managing the performance of direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively address and escalate concerns as necessary from staff and/or internal/external customers to implementation management.
  • Take lead on complex configuration requests by gathering appropriate information from internal stakeholders to create a timeline to be executed upon.
  • Assist implementation manager in the creation and generation of weekly/monthly reporting for all assigned team activities.
  • Meet with configuration team members on a regular basis to review priorities, cases, and provide support and direction as necessary.
  • This position has supervisory responsibilities to include hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and managing the performance of department team members.
Requirements
  • General business acumen required and usually obtained through work experience, education, or training.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical fields in which incumbents have gained an understanding of durable medical equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to manage requests as described above is required.
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing processes, system applications, and priorities is required.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow standard operating procedures about patient data to ensure compliance with HIPAA is required.
  • The ability to process and enter data accurately is required.
  • Working knowledge of a PC, business, and communications software (MS Office) and web-based tools are required.
Work Environment

Work is performed in an office and/or remote home environment. This position entails a high level of work performed at a computer terminal throughout the day as well as moderate use of a telephone or headset equipment. Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment.
