Banner Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neurosurgery Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our neurosurgery department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of non-physician staff, ensuring a high level of productivity and quality patient care.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information, staff performance, and departmental metrics.
• Provide training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, policies, and procedures.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
