Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Integrated Medical Services (IMS). As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical areas, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of clinical staff, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records, including patient intake, care, coordination, and documentation.
- Assist the Practice Manager in developing and implementing goals and objectives for the clinical areas.
- Provide support to the Practice Manager in ensuring the clinic flow is smooth and efficient, and patient care needs are met.
- Address issues raised by the Practice Manager and monitor schedules and daily flow.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and schedule and/or perform maintenance as needed.
- Respond to requests from all departments within IMS in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience supervising a clinical setting, with supervisory experience in a clinic or hospital setting, including medical insurance, coding, and reimbursement.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to work independently and accurately.
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships while addressing complex sensitive administrative issues.
- Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA guidelines and secure Protected Health Information at all times.
