Program Supervisor

SAGE Counseling Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Supervisor to join our team. As a Program Supervisor, you will play a critical role in providing clinical oversight, supervision, training, and support to our clinical staff in our Outpatient program.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families involved in the Criminal Justice system. If you have a strong background in counseling, education, or a related field, and experience in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to clinical staff in our Outpatient program
- Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to clinical staff
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
- Associate Level Licensed or higher, with Independent Level Licensed preferred
- Minimum of two years' experience providing substance abuse counseling, with experience conducting group counseling highly preferred
- Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices, preferred
