Job Title: Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Integrated Medical Services. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical office, ensuring that all clinical and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of medical assistants and other support staff
  • Ensure that all clinical and administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
