Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Integrated Medical Services. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing coverage and support to our clinical staff, ensuring smooth patient flow and physician satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage and support to clinical staff
- Ensure smooth patient flow and physician satisfaction
- Assist with practice operations and business functions
- Prepare patients for exams and treatments
- Perform office-based testing and treatments
- Coordinate and manage patient care
- Communicate test results and patient instructions
- Provide clerical support with patient/client notification and documentation
- Maintain a clean and functional environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
- Supervisory experience in a clinic or hospital setting
- Medical Assistant Certificate or Medical Office experience
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
