We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at JR Automation, A Hitachi Group Company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, generating purchase orders to meet or exceed annual goals, and continually contacting prospective customers based on leads from business directories or other sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate purchase orders to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Support lead generation activities, value proposition development, and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with Applications Engineers to develop solutions to customer needs.
  • Align product offerings with market needs and identify unique IP opportunities.
  • Maintain and submit accurate records for forecasting, quote status, and expenses.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of previous sales and new business development experience.
  • Proven ability to grow and develop accounts based on leads from customer stakeholders and prospecting within other divisions of their organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
