As a leading provider of unattended retail technology, 365 Retail Markets is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth in our Dining division. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to generate new revenue, develop relationships, and position 365 Retail Markets as the go-to partner for unattended retail technology in dining environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new business opportunities, identify prospects, and win new accounts in the Dining division.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, strategically targeting prospects that align with 365 Retail Markets' products and services.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue in new accounts, driving expansion and increasing market share.
- Present 365 Retail Markets' suite of technology solutions to decision-makers, effectively communicating value propositions and business cases.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to negotiating and closing deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- Provide industry and market insights to influence product development and sales strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of closing new business
- Experience in the technology, food service, retail, or dining sectors is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive new revenue, manage complex sales cycles, and close high-value deals
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Word, and Excel
