Job Overview

Congruex is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials to crew workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse inventory, shipping workflow, and other warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including storage, receiving, and shipment of finished products.
  • Review open and closed sales orders and invoices to implement daily production and shipping plans.
  • Create and file sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and supplies to promote a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner as needed.
  • Verify inventory records and conduct inventories to ensure accurate stock levels and availability of items for shipment.
  • Identify and report slow-moving products and arrange for their removal with approval.
  • Assist the operations department with fulfillment and quality control to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.
  • Document all related activities and complete forms and reports to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, software, and technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory management.
  • Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, stoop, squat, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk for extended periods of time and/or long distances.
  • Ability to navigate through potential uneven walkways/terrain.
  • Tolerant to extreme elements (heat, sun, wind, rain, snow, etc.).
  • Good vision and depth perception (corrective lenses OK).
  • Ability to sit and drive for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 10lbs minimum, and potentially up to 50lbs.
