Key Responsibilities:

As an operations coordinator, your primary duties will include:

  • Managing incoming requests and ensuring clarity in task directives.
  • Communicating effectively with the team responsible for executing tasks and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Being adaptable to address emerging client needs promptly.

Your meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, communication prowess, comprehension of the client's objectives, and problem-solving capabilities will be crucial for the success of the operations. You will engage in discussions and workshops with leadership and team members to pinpoint effective practices within their environment and identify areas for enhancement. Taking the initiative to spotlight improvement opportunities and propose viable solutions will be essential. Once you have a comprehensive understanding of how the organization can evolve, you will work on establishing a forward-looking strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in engaging with senior government and military officials.
  • Experience in collaborating with Senior Executive Service (SES) and Senior Military Officers.
  • Proficiency in developing strategic communication frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD), broader Intelligence Community (IC), and Combatant Command environments.
  • Possession of a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • A Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in roles such as executive assistant, executive officer, or requirements manager.
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Familiarity with COLISEUM.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Compensation:

Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 annually. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this role and is part of Booz Allen's total compensation package.
