About the Role

The Executive Director of Compensation and Benefits is a key member of the Total Rewards leadership team at Community Health Network. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's compensation and benefits strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits programs
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement total rewards strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Lead and manage a team of compensation and benefits professionals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years of people and program management experience at the director level or above
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or equivalent certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
