Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Program Design and Administration
    • Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs that meet the needs of employees and align with company goals.
    • Manage vendor relationships to ensure market competitive and financially responsible program recommendations.
    • Proactively engage with brokers and vendors to manage costs and ensure timeliness and accuracy of benefits administration.
  • Benefits Communication and Education
    • Develop and implement employee communication materials related to benefit and leave programs and opportunities.
    • Provide leadership to benefits team and drive effective performance of the day-to-day benefit program operations.
  • Benefits Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, including but not limited to plan documents/SPD, participant notices, ACA compliance, nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500, retirement plan audit and annual valuation.
    • Manage all data protocols including vendor integrations, audits, critical metrics, and ad hoc analytics.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience
    • 5-10 years of benefits, wellbeing, and leave program design, administration, and compliance experience required, 3 years managing and developing teams preferred.
  • Certifications
    • CEBS, SHRM, HRCI certification preferred.
