Key Responsibilities- Benefits Program Design and Administration
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs that meet the needs of employees and align with company goals.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure market competitive and financially responsible program recommendations.
- Proactively engage with brokers and vendors to manage costs and ensure timeliness and accuracy of benefits administration.
- Benefits Communication and Education
- Develop and implement employee communication materials related to benefit and leave programs and opportunities.
- Provide leadership to benefits team and drive effective performance of the day-to-day benefit program operations.
- Benefits Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, including but not limited to plan documents/SPD, participant notices, ACA compliance, nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500, retirement plan audit and annual valuation.
- Manage all data protocols including vendor integrations, audits, critical metrics, and ad hoc analytics.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience
- 5-10 years of benefits, wellbeing, and leave program design, administration, and compliance experience required, 3 years managing and developing teams preferred.
- Certifications
- CEBS, SHRM, HRCI certification preferred.
