Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the planning and implementation of the annual benefits enrollment process.
  • Provide guidance to employees throughout the open enrollment period, assisting them in understanding their benefits options and completing necessary documentation.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and current benefits records within HR information systems.
  • Address employee questions regarding benefits, referring complex matters to senior team members when necessary.
  • Aid in the creation and distribution of benefits communication materials.
  • Support the Benefits team in managing health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Engage in benefits-related projects and initiatives as required.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies and applicable benefits regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field, particularly in benefits administration, is preferred.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR information systems is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.

Contract Duration:

  • 3-4 months

Compensation:

  • $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
