Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the planning and implementation of the annual benefits enrollment process.
- Provide guidance to employees throughout the open enrollment period, assisting them in understanding their benefits options and completing necessary documentation.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and current benefits records within HR information systems.
- Address employee questions regarding benefits, referring complex matters to senior team members when necessary.
- Aid in the creation and distribution of benefits communication materials.
- Support the Benefits team in managing health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Engage in benefits-related projects and initiatives as required.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and applicable benefits regulations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field, particularly in benefits administration, is preferred.
- Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR information systems is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Contract Duration:
- 3-4 months
Compensation:
- $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
