1. **Cardiopulmonary Executive Specialty Sales Consultant**
This position is designed for a high-achieving Pharmaceutical Sales Professional with extensive expertise, established relationships, and clinical acumen in the Cardiology and Rare Disease sectors. The primary focus will be on identifying, developing, assessing, and thoroughly understanding customers, stakeholders, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape. As an Executive Specialty Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships with key customers, gaining deep insights into market influencers, and understanding prescribing patterns within your designated territory. This role requires recognizing the unique needs of rare disease markets and providing valuable consultative support. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting and coordinating complex products and services, managing key accounts, generating leads, and orchestrating sales and marketing initiatives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers to drive market growth in both existing and new accounts;
- Develop comprehensive sales plans for your territory, including setting goals and allocating resources for key customers;
- Ensure formulary acceptance and have a solid understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution;
- Gain a thorough understanding of clinical literature and the competitive landscape;
- Collaborate with customers as a trusted partner to identify potential patients and support therapy initiatives;
- Market Bayer products in a compliant manner;
- Keep up-to-date with administrative tasks, including expense reports, product certifications, and clinical knowledge;
- Adhere to Bayer's compliance standards and pharmaceutical regulations;
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets;
- This is a residence-based role covering a specified territory.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales;
- A strong background in promoting Cardiovascular products;
- A proven track record of sales success within specific customer segments and territories;
- Exceptional sales, customer service, and communication skills;
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
- Willingness to travel as necessary, including overnight stays;
- Compliance with customer credentialing and safety standards.
Preferred:
- An advanced degree in Business or a Clinical discipline;
- Experience in promoting products in Hospital, Heart Failure, or Rare Disease areas.
