We are in the process of expanding our sales team to meet the growing demands of the private aviation sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals to ensure repeat business.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and qualify leads, generating sales opportunities with both new and existing clients.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly KPIs and sales targets through qualified leads.
  • Build a client portfolio by researching internal and external databases, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Proactively reach out to your target list through high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to convert prospects into LPJ clients.
  • Maintain and update all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager.
  • Provide trip support to LPJ private jet clients and the brokering team.
  • Deliver accurate price quotes to brokers and direct clients promptly.
  • Explore available aircraft options for client presentations and finalize sales.
  • Coordinate concierge services, ground transportation, catering, or other specific client requests.
  • Conduct final pre-flight checks for crew, aircraft location, and logistics.
  • Monitor potential flight issues and communicate them to senior team managers as necessary.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of LPJ partnerships and services, as well as aircraft and charter processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with company procedures and protocols to protect both LPJ and the client.
  • Build relationships with Private Jet Operators to provide the most suitable aircraft options for client needs.
  • Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion.
  • Oversee flight departures and ensure timely execution.
  • Make clear and prompt decisions, even when faced with challenging choices or risks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of preferred sales experience, with a proven history of exceeding lead targets.
  • Previous experience in the aviation sector is preferred.
  • General understanding of aviation and travel logistics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
