Job Summary:

The Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) scores of individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Individualized Planning: Identify and develop personalized plans for applicants who are struggling to pass the ASVAB.
  • Weekly Reporting: Receive Tested Not Enlisted (TNE) reports from Regional Command Posts on a weekly basis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Recruiting and Retention Noncommissioned Officers (RRNCOs) to identify and engage applicants willing to participate in the ASVAB improvement program.
  • Applicant Support: Meet with applicants who require improved ASVAB scores, either in person or virtually.
  • Online Study Sessions: Schedule at least one weekly online study session that focuses on teaching concepts to improve ASVAB scores.

Requirements:

  • Teaching Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience, either as a civilian or in a military capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and a professional appearance.
