Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative is tasked with delivering outstanding service to all internal and external clients by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, while effectively communicating with customers, pilots, and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide concierge support to pilots and clients, including reservation management.
  • Process invoicing for services provided to clients and pilots.
  • Document client preferences in the Million Air CSI system.
  • Prepare proactively for all incoming aircraft.
  • Deliver timely feedback to management regarding service issues or client concerns.
  • Collaborate with the line service team to exceed client service expectations.
  • Ensure the hospitality bar is well-stocked with snacks and beverages.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace, including the front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities.
  • Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Required Competencies:

  • Customer-focused with a naturally outgoing demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and team members in person, over the phone, and via radio.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the company policy (clean driving record required).
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional setting, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and direct interaction with both moving and stationary aircraft.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Standing to greet clients during interactions and walking throughout the facility.
  • Potential exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.

Position Type and Work Hours:

This is a non-exempt position that requires shift work, including evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is anticipated for this role.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • An acceptable driving record.
  • The ability to pass a background check.
  • A commitment to a drug-free workplace, including pre-employment and random screenings.
